Student Information System (SIS/ŠIS)

By signing into the Student Information System (SIS or ŠIS), students can access their e-index and with it the following services:

  • overview of personal information,
  • exam / colloquium registration,
  • exam / colloquium withdrawal,
  • overview of open applications,
  • overview of exam dates and results,
  • overview of completed obligations,
  • overview of financial obligations,
  • submitting appeals to the Academic Affairs Committee,
  • applications to exchanges (Erasmus),
  • receiving notices from the Student Affairs Office,
  • printing enrolment certificates, ordering documents, receiving notices from staff, accessing faculty staff information,
  • enrolment applications and printing enrolment forms.

You can only sign into ŠIS with a digital identity.

If you have not activated your digital identity, you can claim one by creating a profile on the UL ID Portal.

To activate a digital identity, students must enter their personal information and choose a password. A student’s digital identity is represented by their username and password. Usernames are written in an e-mail format (for example, jn1234@student.uni-lj.si) The digital identity becomes active 30 minutes after it has been claimed.

*When signing into ŠIS, type out the whole username: somethingsomething@student.uni-lj.si
