Procedure for Exercising Individuals’ Rights
The procedure for exercising the rights of individuals whose personal data is processed in accordance with legislation in the field of personal data protection: “Individuals whose personal data is processed as part of UL FA activities, have, according to applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection, rights to the following:
- overview of the types of data being processed,
- access to all personal data of the individual requesting access,
- corrections to processed personal data,
- removal of personal data being processed by UL FA on the basis of the given individual’s consent,
- transfer of data and objection to its use in cases where the individual’s consent is required for the processing of personal data, as well as requesting to limit such use of personal data.
The authorized person for GDPR (data protection officer) at the university level is Nina Komočar Urbanija.
