The UL FA Student Affairs Office deals with the administrative aspects of your study programmes. The staff is here to offer advice and answers regarding the application-admission procedures, the enrolment process, exam applications, appeals, traineeships, schedules, etc., as well as other questions related to your studies, including final theses defences and graduation ceremonies.

For urgent matters, scheduled appointments can also be made outside of working hours, which includes meetings over ZOOM.
