Fine Arts

  • Workload

At this study level, the teaching is integrated with the artistic practice, i.e., the research is done through, or with the help of, the artistic practice, covering a wide span of artistic genres formed during its development in the modern age or based on historical paradigms. In this regard, the following important procedures need to be considered: determining the basic topic of a doctoral project, planning the execution of works of art/projects, and planning and researching the relevant theoretical area.

Research can be performed within individual fine-art disciplines (such as painting, drawing, graphic art, sculpture, media practices, conceptual art, etc.) or by an interdisciplinary integration of different types of fine art and also by linking with the other fields of the Art study at the 3rd level.
