Method of Application
Candidates submit an electronic application via the eVŠ web portal. Candidates who use foreign certificates of completed education to meet admission criteria must, simultaneously with their application, file a request for the recognition of education for the purpose of continuing education at the University of Ljubljana.

Application for Transferring to a Higher Year (in Accordance with Transferring Criteria)
Transfer to Year 2 of the Second-Cycle Master Study Programme Urbanism is possible under the following criteria:
- completed requirements for enrolment in the study programme,
- there are available enrolment places,
- completed requirements for the previous academic year of the original programme, and
- providing that the ECTS disparity between the curricula of the Second-Cycle Master Study Programme Urbanism and year 1 of the other study programme does not exceed 30 ECTS.
The UL FA Academic Affairs Committee can prescribe additional obligations (differential exams) of a maximum of 40 ECTS, which must be completed by the end of the new study programme.
