Chair for Design and Presentation

The chair aims to develop the funtamental skills of future architects and to teach spatial design. It educates students on how to present architectural and spatial designs, create mental artistic tools and how to refine their work in artistic design. The chair also develops and furthers students’ sketching abilities (note taking), programmatic thinking and modelling, beginning with spatial literacy and the ability of reflection and ending with an architectural realization on a smaller scale. Lastly, its members promote thinking through working - whether with real materials or simulated ones.
