TIMELINE of the application and addmission procedure for enrolment into Bachelor’s and single-cycle master’s degree programmes of the University of Ljubljana in academic year 2026/27 for FOREIGN CITIZENS of non-EU member states

• Information day: 13 and 14 February 2026
• First Application Period: between 18 February – 18 March 2026
• Documents for enrolment and recognition of foreign education deadlines: in the TIMELINE
• INTERVIEW for applicants from countries with a HIGHER MIGRATION RISK: Candidates will receive more detailed information about the interview after the application deadline.
• Number of applications and enrolment limitations will be published on 25 March 2026
• CAPABILITY TEST (First application period) for
  architecture studies: 2 July 2026
  urbanism studies: 3 July 2026
• Selection procedure: no later than 25 and 26 August 2026
• Results of the selection procedure: by 28 August 2026
• Appeal deadline: 21 days after receiving the decision on the selection procedure.
• Second Application Period: 2 and 3 September 2026
• CAPABILITY TEST (Second application period) for
  architecture studies: 8 September 2026
  urbanism studies: 9 September 2026
• Enrolment for accepted applicants in the first or the second selection procedures: up until 30 September 2026
