Davisi Boontharm is an academic and artist whose work focuses on the synergies between the built environment and artistic sensibility. She earned her Master’s and Doctoral degrees from ENSA Paris-Belleville and Université Paris VIII, respectively. Her international career includes teaching and research contributions to architecture and urban design programs in Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Italy, and Japan. Her current positions include Global Professor, Keio University, Tokyo, and Professor of Architecture, University of Ljubljana.

Her interdisciplinary research emphasizes the nexus of environmental and cultural sustainability, with a focus on resource approaches to urban requalification and the creative milieu in Asian cities. Beyond her academic contributions, Davisi’s creative practice mediates her research methods, offering a visual dialogue on the complexities of the built and lived environment. Her work has been exhibited at prestigious venues including the Architecture Biennale in Venice, Oris House of Architecture in Zagreb, and Shinkenchiku-sha in Tokyo. Davisi is also co-founder of co+re.platform for strategic thinking, making and living better cities, operating from Tokyo, Bangkok, Milano, Ljubljana.
